February Monthly Bead Box
Say hello to the monthly bead box. Where each month a box of x10 beads and sequins will be released to the website, at the start of each month.
February’s bead box is all about these teeny beaded felt hearts! In the box is a set of 10 beads & sequins in reds, pinks and a touch of gold along with these adorable wool felt hearts. The idea of the box is to use the beads to embellish the wool felt hearts, which can be keep sakes for yourself or can be gifted for the Valentine’s season!
The beaded hearts are a brilliant beginner project and perfect for someone looking to get into beaded embroidery. Why not pick up a box with a friend and make an evening out of it?!
There will also be an Instagram live on the February the 10th, where Imogen will run a stitch along. She will bead one of the beaded hearts shown below, Imogen will show you how to work the beads onto the felt and share tips and tricks along the way. Bring your box and we can bead and chat away!
To have everything you’ll need to dive straight into this box, you just need to add a set of beading needle. You can add a set into this box with the add ons, the drop down menu below will guide you through this.
Inside the January Box:
x 10 bead/sequin packets (x9 bead and x1 sequin packets)
x x3 wool felt hearts (in pale pink, bright red and bright pink)
x 1m of crystal organza ribbon
x 1 beading thread
Each bead bag contains 4g of beads while the sequins contain 1g.
Box Add Ons:
Your choice of x2 beading needles; split eye needles for £3 (instead of £4), short or long needles for £1 .
